GENERAL EVENT POLICIES (Applies to Both Party & Wedding Packages)
1. Booking & Deposit

Orders over $100.00 will require a 50% deposit.

Your date is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
-
Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Refunds (minus deposit) may be issued based on cancellation timing:

30+ days before the event: 100% refund
-
15–29 days before the event: 50% refund
-
Less than 14 days before the event: No refund
-
3. Changes to Order
-
Final changes (design, flavor, guest count, etc.) must be submitted at least 14 days before the event.

Price adjustments may apply to changes that increase the order’s value.
4. Custom Design & Artistic License

We do our best to match your inspiration photos, but exact replicas are not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to make design adjustments for aesthetic or structural reasons.
5. Delivery & Setup

Delivery is available for an additional fee based on location.
-
Someone must be available at the venue to receive and inspect the delivery.

We are not liable for any damage once the order has been delivered and signed for.
6. Allergy Disclaimer

All products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens.

While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee allergen-free items.

We use almond, lemon, and vanilla extracts in some of our products. Please notify us of any sensitivities when placing your order.
7. Satisfaction & Quality Policy

We encourage clients to inspect all items upon delivery/setup.

If there is an issue, contact us within 24 hours with photos.

Taste and design satisfaction is subjective; refunds are not guaranteed for complaints based on preference.
PARTY PACKAGE POLICIES
1. Minimum Guest Count

Party packages require a minimum of 12 servings unless otherwise agreed.
2. Add-Ons

Optional extras must be booked and paid for at least 2 weeks before the event.
3. Pickup/Delivery Timeframes

Orders must be picked up or accepted during the agreed time window.
4. Setup Policy (If included)

Setup services must be arranged in advance and are subject to availability and additional charges.
WEDDING PACKAGE POLICIES
1. Tasting & Consultation

Tastings are available by appointment only and may incur a fee (waived if booked).

Limit of 2 guests per tasting unless prior arrangements are made.
2. Contract Requirement

All wedding packages require a signed contract outlining all details and terms.

This includes venue info, itemized order, pricing, delivery time, and contact persons.
3. Display of Products.

We are not liable for damage after setup is complete and signed off.
4. Outdoor Events Disclaimer

Cakes and desserts are sensitive to temperature and weather.
-
We are not responsible for issues due to heat, wind, rain, or improper storage.
